Our accommodations include private bedrooms, shared living spaces, and outdoor areas for relaxation and recreation.

Our staff is available 24/7 to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care needs.

We Accept:

• Adult Women (18+)
• Adult Men (18+)
• Individuals transitioning from homelessness or housing instability
• Re-entry individuals returning to the community
• Disabled adults who are medically stable
• Clients receiving state, county, or agency assistance
• Private pay / self-pay clients

Admission Criteria:

• Must be low risk
• Must be able to live independently
• Must be medically stable (no skilled nursing or 24-hour medical care required)
• Able to manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) independently or with minimal assistance
• Willing to comply with house rules, payment terms, and program expectations

Important Information:

• New Chapter Residence is an Independent Living Facility, not an Assisted Living Facility (ALF)
• Housing is provided in gender-specific or designated properties
• Placement is based on availability and intake approval
• Utilities, furnishings, and internet are included at most locations
